I purchased a service and haven’t heard anything yet. What’s going on?

After making the purchase, you were prompted to fill out an onboarding form to provide the worker with the info they need to get started. If you haven’t heard from the geek yet, please check to make sure you’ve completed and submitted the form on your dashboard.

Once the form is submitted, the geek will typically get in touch within about 24-48 business hours to get started.

If it’s been more than 24-48 business hours and you still haven’t heard anything, please contact us our support team, let us know the name of the gig, and we’ll help make sure you get connected with the geek.
